My brother in law was attacked from behind by a man who had attempted to take his 2 year old son from his arms. He managed to fight off the perpetuator. This man is described as a large black man, about 250 lb., may have had braces, had a goatee and mustache standing by the H&R Block the night of December 21st about 5:45pm. If anyone sees a man with visible bruising/cuts to his face, please contact the SJPD immediately!!
