Subj: union 76 early monday am

What happened at the union 76 station [Santa Teresa/Cottle] on Monday. I went past it about three am. And saw about 10 or 12 SJPD cars. There was an officer taping off all entry's to the station, and the cars were blocking several lanes of Santa Teresa blvd.

Just curious.
