There has been an abandoned car on Via Colina near Avenida Espana (Los Paseos neighborhood) for the past month. It is a gold '70s model Buick with no license plates and some tires are flat. I know this car...it used to be in the garage of 7156 Via Carmela for the past many years. They moved in early August and dragged the car, then abandoning it.

During the street sweeping last month, the car was tagged with move warnings, but is still there.

I am wondering when this eyesore will be towed away.
