Subj: Picking up after Dogs

I walk my dog daily to Los Paseos Park. How does one go about getting doggie towel dispensers (for dog poop), placed in various location throughout the Park? I bring my own baggy now, but it would encourage others to cleanup after their dogs. This would keep the Park clean for everyone to enjoy.
