Subj: Noise pollution

The garbage and waste pickup trucks come on to my street very early on Thursday morning. The trucks are very noisy. They start on my street at 6:14 AM and don't stop making noise until 7:35 AM. That is a long time to drive large trucks up and down a quiet residential neighbor in the early morning hours.

I called the city and you know what they said. I called the contractor and you know what they said. They were both very smug and rude. Does anyone else care about this noise pollution or am I the only one?
