To what or whom do we owe the honor of having these banners displayed on Santa Teresa Blvd. several blocks on each side of Cottle Road? It is my opinion that these are an insult and an eyesore. Are they here because few other neighborhoods would tolerate then? Perhaps this is just my lone opinion, so thanks for allowing my short rant.
