Subj: "City of Santa Teresa" From: [email protected] (Phan, Vinh) Santa Teresa/Coyote Valley Residents, My name is Vinh Phan. I am a home owner currently residing along the Santa Teresa Foothills. My neighbors and I are starting a grass root campaign to incorporate the Santa Teresa/Coyote Valley into the "City of Santa Teresa". During the past year there has been many discussions and plans on how to use the our land, i.e. Power Plant, Cisco Campus, Housing, with that said we the resident of this beautiful area must have a stronger political voice on the mention developments since we reside in the area and will be most impacted. If we are successful the residents of the "City of Santa Teresa" will determine the future of our community and not someone from North, East, or West San Jose.
