Subj: shopping carts From: [email protected] Dear neighbors, I have lived in the south San Jose area for over two and a half years and enjoy the neighborhood I live in except for one thing. Every week I can find at least 2 or 3 shopping carts per block discarded around the local neighborhoods. It makes our neighborhood look tacky! I am quite sure it is from people who shop but don't have a car and, in the end, are too lazy to walk the cart back to the grocery store on their next visit. Does anyone have any idea on how to deal with this? Sincerely, |
