I searched the Santa Clara County web site and found the following in the August 5, 1999 Planning Commission agenda: 3. 6495-95-59-53-98P-98A YVONNE FIELDS (American Tower Systems) Public hearing to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for a use permit for a 498 foot radio transmission tower. Location: North side of Metcalf Road between Monterey Road and Silvercreek Road. Zoning: AR. Parcel size: 48.19 acres. Supervisorial District: 1. APN: 678-01-014.
