I agree to the previous post, it will be a dysfunctional community where everything is piled on top of each and tightly squeezed together, where people of little power and influence will live and the city can collect its taxes $$$ regular. I could just imagine how over-crowed Kaiser Hospital will be, at least now it�s fairly easy to go-in-out, crime will probley increase because I�m sure the city has allotted for its share of dysfunctional family housing units and gangsters from other neighborhoods wanting to make it their hang-out. This area is more residential than commercial like rivermark or riveroaks??
