Subj: Two pit bulls wandering unattended near Tulare Hill From: Smita I live right by Tulare Hill (off of Cheltenham and Santa Teresa) and have noticed two large dogs (they look like pit bulls) running alone down the canal road that goes along the hill. One dog is brown and the other is white. They seem to be in good health and I think they have collars and tags. Does anyone know them or anything about them? Are they agressive? I own a large dog myself and try not to be prejudiced against any breed, but the sight of such big dogs out alone makes me nervous. Today is the second time in a month that I have seen them out and unattended. I have a small niece who often plays in our front yard and I am worried about her safety. Thanks! |
