I'm for this, but ONLY if there's substaintial investment in both road work such as adding 2 lanes each direction to the 101 AND light rail is extended AND CalTrain service is improved significantly. CalTrain especially. We need more trains at the Monterey road station and service needs to be at least 35% faster from point to point.
