Subj: Lucky's Survey The center is 30+ years old. It need to be updated to keep up with the community. There are a lot of new residents in the area to support whatever is decided for it. Why should area residents go to some other area to spend their money on services or products. I suggest a coffee shop or cafe for the old McDonald's spot. I haven't come up with a solution for the old Lucky's site. It made be a hard decision to make to decide to rebuild or remodel that site, but would you rather see it eventually abandoned. A meeting place for bad elements (people) in the community. If this decision does get made, we need to protect our community from the bad elements and lawbreakers. W. Quon |
