Subj: Lucky Center on Cottle From: [email protected] (Becky Everson) So, do we know for sure that the health club is going in? It's pretty disappointing not to be getting a food store. Are the center owners planning on doing anything constructive or cosmetic to try to attract a better tenant? As mentioned, we already have Gold's and Schoeber's, and also First Lady is just over the freeway. I saw the letter from Trader Joe's dismissing us, but was anything done to try to get anyone else? I can't believe our demographics, with all the beautiful new homes going in, don't support a major renovation and a good-quality tenant. I still would love to see Whole Foods or Wild Oats (great store!) in there. I'm not personally interested in the convenience-store-type market going in, but I guess even that would be better than a gym. What can we do? |
