The power plant idea would be more acceptable if it was located further away from residences, schools and businesses. I don't accept that there will be little or no impact of pollutants and other chemical substances of sorts being exposed on the surrounding community.
I cast a BIG NOOOOOOOO for the power plant, at least in it's proposed location. If anything, move it further south, say towards the dump between Morgan Hill and San Jose. Get it up on a hillside, say more out of view, where the pollutants can hopefully have a less impact on the residents.
