My name is Mike Boyd, and I'm involved with the Green Party of Santa Clara County. I have years of experience fighting development utilizing the California Environmental Quality Act. My Party, and myself in particular are opposed to non-sustainable energy development, such as nuclear, coal, gas, and petroleum based energy generation, supporting instead renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, and small hydro- electric energy generation.

I am interested in finding out how far your organiztion is willing to go to stop this project? What is the environmental review timeline for this project? Is an environmental review document available for public review yet? Is you organization willing to pursue CEQA litigation against this project if you currently have sufficient legal standing in the environmental review process?
