We do not need any more polution in our area. First there was the Fairchild problem and then MTBE leaking into our well water. We are also in the landing path of the jets landing at S.J. Airport. In the last few years I have had this black stuff/fall out, on my oranges and leaves of the evergreen tree's. I have lived in my home since Nov.1972. The orange & lemon tree's have been ther since 1973 & 75. We never use to have all this black soot. I don't know what we can do but I feel we need to do something. This black stuff is going into our lungs and we all know what can happen. Let me know what I can do.
