Subj: Calpine power plant feedback

This plant may be needed for addition power but it should be located in a less populated area than the proposed site. This site is obviously for the convenience of the power company and NOT for the community. Relocate the power plant to the east side of the hills in the central valley away from other towns and transmit the power over high voltage lines.
