Cisco would be a very good move for South San Jose. We would see an influx of skilled/talented people that would promote a better standard of living for this area. The type of business/manufacturing that Cisco is involved with I believe would yield a relatively low environmental impact to the surrounding area. The increase in traffic would be relatively low since it would be a reverse commute for many coming from the valley. Cisco is a rapidly growing company with a market cap. that is surpassing Microsoft. They are being proactive in finding a site that will allow the growth that's anticipated in the future. We would be crazy let this opportunity surpass our community.
