Many people in our neighborhood have to drive considerable distance, often in horrible traffic, to get to work each day. We already have a few high-tech companies in the area, including IBM, and many of these workers live in this community. I feel that responsible employers with non-hazardous jobs in our community where people can work near their homes would improve the quality of life for many of the families that live in the area.

Additionally, I feel it would help to raise property values for our homes.
